PAYMENT

Purchases may be paid for by ordering on line and making payment via PayPal. If you prefer you may contact us at 512-465-2993 and we will gladly process your order and accept payment over the phone.

SHIPPING

We generally process and ship orders within 1 to 2 days of purchase via U.S. Priority Mail for a flat fee of $10.00. We ship free on orders of $150 or more. Texas residents are charged a 8.25% sales tax in addition to shipping charges. We can also hold purchased items for pick-up by you. Please contact us at 512-465-2993 to arrange pick up.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges on non-sale items and items reduced by 35% or less if we receive the new, unworn item with tags still attached within 15 days of shipment to you. We suggest that prior to shipping the return item you contact us by email (info@sabikids.com) or phone (512-465-2993) to let us know the item will be returned and to arrange for an exchange if you wish to exchange the item. Items picked-up at the store must be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. We do not refund or pay for shipping charges for returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns on sale items reduced by more than 35% unless the item is defective but we will exchange the item for one of equal or greater cost. The original sales receipt must be included with the return.
